The project is located in Jintao Industrial Cluster Base, Jinli Town, Gaoyao City, Guangdong Province. It is planned to build 4x400MW Cogeneration Cooling Heating and Power unit. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is planned to invest 2.5 billion RMB to build 2x400MW (9F-class improved) gas-steam combined cycle units and supporting heating network projects.

As a supporting infrastructure project, the project implements central heating and cooling for the industrial park, promotes the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction and coal reduction substitution in the Pearl River Delta region, and realizes resource recycling, which has positive significance to improve the local investment environment and build an intensive and environmentally friendly industrial and energy consumption structure.
