In order to further improve the power customer service level, The State Grid Corporation of China has set up two state grid customer service center bases in Nanjing and Tianjin. After the completion of the new call center system, it will centrally manage 27 provincial and municipal  95598 power customer service business across the country, realizing centralized operation of the unified call platform.

State Grid Customer Service Center Northern Base (Phase I) project is located in the west of Dongli Lake, Dongli District, Tianjin, covering an area of nearly 330,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 142,900 square meters, including 114,529 square meters above ground and 25,200 square meters underground. The construction project is divided into two functional areas, the production core area and the logistics support area, with a total of ten buildings.
